SKII: What brings you out to the Motorcycle Show today?
Butch: I’m trying to make a living here selling all kinds of trinkets. I got bad credit and I applied for American Express and they told me the card is already cut up. I was selling my car to Alamo. Alamo was pissed off about it and they offered me a buck. I have a book that I wrote in 1965. I have 80,000.00 books in my mother’s basement that I have to sell. I’ve been a comedian for 30 years. I’ve done Improv shows on cruise ships, Vegas, Riviera hotel, just to name a few. I’m 70 years old today. I may not look it. I’m wearing a wig. I’m here just trying to make money to feed the family. SKII: Where are you based out of?
Butch: I’m based out of New Jersey. I stay with the fat Governor, the gay Governor and the lesbian Governor. Now we got a brother Governor. A graduate from Stamford. I’m not a Stamford graduate. I’m a junior college graduate. I just like the name Stamford.
SKII: This is the last day, are you going to take all of this stuff back home with you or are you selling your items at a discounted rate?
Butch: I’m trying to get rid of this stuff. Everything must go. We lost our lease.
