She’s an author of a great book – The Esther Project – “Every Woman’s Guide To living With Passion And Purpose.” She’s a powerful woman, who tries to encouraging other women and girls to join the Empowerment Movement. She is the founder of Tiffany Williams Ministries. She’s definitely making strides in her life and in every woman’s life through her inspiration. She is a Judge and a Minister who serves at the Upper Room Full Gospel Church in New Jersey. She is Tiffany M Williams. A strong woman of empowerment. A strong woman to follow.
I met Judge, Minister Tiffany M. Williams at an #ACTIVATE Convention (which is a convention for women and men, who are trying to market their brand or just want to be empowered by other woman or men of structure. These are Women and Men, who have accomplished something in their life and are showing other people that “THEY CAN BECOME SUCCESSFUL TOO!” As I was about to pass her table, I was greeted with a big smile and a big “HELLO”. At that time, I knew I had to interview this lady. I then asked….
-How excited are you to be here at the ACTIVATE Conference?
I’m very excited. I get to live out my purpose by coming here and giving my message to all of these beautiful woman in New York City today. Empowering women is my passion. I’m a Judge by day in New Jersey and my real passion is furthering my ministry to women. A lot of women are here trying to get their brand out. They are trying to find out “How they can be empowered by other women who have made it.” Every woman here is created for a purpose. There is a passion inside of her to help empower other people and it starts with empowering herself. My book really help women to tap into who they are, why they are here and how can they use their leadership skills to really go to the next level. And build a platform to empowering other woman as well. That’s what I want to know. I want to know that they can do it. I use the example of “Queen Esther”. I tell other woman in my book, “You Are Queen Esther.

-Where were you born and raised?
I was born and raised in New Jersey. West New York, NJ. I live right across the water. I can look at the city every day when I wake up. It’s a beautiful sight to see.
I’m really excited about being here today. I also want to recognize the Pastors of my church – who empowered me… my parents… Reverend Bruce and Phyllis Williams of The Upper Room Church in new jersey.
-Are you married with children?
No. I am not. I don’t have any biological children. I do have spiritual children. I am not married. I am single and I am doing GODs work
